The First Visit
Before you come in, we encourage you to complete your paperwork online to save time. We will give you a brief tour of the office before you meet with Dr. Croutch, who will consult with you about health concerns and start the process of discovery. We will discuss anything that may have caused single or repeated trauma to your musculoskeletal nervous system.
Your Second and Third Visits
Corrective, maintenance or relief care plans are described to allow realistic goals for optimal health improvement that relies on your built-in natural healing abilities without the need for drugs or surgery.These visits take 30-60 minutes, depending on the complexity of your concern. You will then be scheduled for a follow-up appointment that’s most convenient for you. On these visits, Dr. Croutch will:
- Report on the findings of your combined tests and give the full details of our care plan recommendations.
- Discuss all relevant health concerns.
- Review financial details and payment options.
- Proceed with appropriate care to begin health restoration after you understand and consent.
- Review, if appropriate, any other literature and exercises specific to your situation.
Regular Visits
During routine visits, you’ll scan your personal clinic health card in the computer card reader to record your arrival. Our office uses a paperless, state-of-the-art computer system to record and display all your records. Along with the care provided by Dr. Croutch, you will utilize other clinic rooms for supportive exercise or therapy, as your case requires it. Regularly scheduled progress measurements allow us to confirm improvement, and adapt care, if appropriate, to maximize the speed of healing. These routine visits, which may take 10-20 minutes, are highly valuable and build on the ones before.
